Standard Hungry Horse fayre. More knowledgeable staff would be nice. Prefer our local one in Braintree over this one.
Poor service. Given dirty cutlery. Restaurant itself was really dirty. Waited for over 40 minutes for 3 desserts and it wasn't even busy. We chased after 25 minutes but after waiting even longer we ended up giving up and asking for a refund.This place has been going down hill for a while but after this we certainly won't be going back. Given 2 stars as the food that we did actually receive was OK.
The food took over an hour to get to the table. And when it did it was only a couple of plates at a time and waiting more for the rest to come. Definitely wouldn't be recommending to anyone
