Great shop, customer service can't be beaten, had been a regular at the Hornchurch store for 20 years and now make the hour drive for anything I need like getting new skins put on and tuned.
This drum paradise is so friendly and helpful that I can't rate it highly enough. Don't be reluctant to ask them anything, they are so full of enthusiasm for their passion.
This is the best drum and percussion store that Ive ever been to. The guys are great people that show great hospitality and extremely helpful, more keen on helping you than selling you whatever. Gary also runs a repair shop in the back (which he was kind enough to let me into) where he expertly repairs and refurbishes their used gear as well as anything you may want brought back up to full spec. I spent most of a day there picking out a serious kit upgrade and they let me bang on as many of them as I wanted, for as long as I wanted. I really cannot recommend this shop more, its worth the trip from virtually anywhere (definitely from London).
I'm going to add to the rave reviews with another! Fantastic service. Bought a Zildjian crash for my daughter today. She had done some research before our visit and was pretty sure what she wanted. It was a touch more than we planned to pay, but we were shown several for comparison, so no pressure to buy the more expensive. She is really happy with it, it's fantastic. Already set up and I expect she will play most of the night!It's probably time to upgrade her whole kit but we were offered a very reasonable price to have a look at her kit and see if improvements could be made with new skins etc. We will definitely be doing that soon.In these days of internet shopping, it's great to connect with knowledgeable, friendly people.Thank you again for great service.
Fantastic drum suppliers, my son was looking to buy his first full kit and they couldn't have done more to help him. They guys in the shop spent over 3 hours letting him try and play different set ups and gave him great advice on what would be best for him.Plus the customer service and after care is out of this world.....
