Rude staff, very late appointments as always on average 45 mins - 1 hr sometimes longer, asked for urgent blood tests and was given an appointment 2 weeks later. DISGUSTING!!
Honestly the worst doctors surgery I have been to in a long time. The reception staff are rude, the appointments are always 20-30 minutes late and when you tell them you need an urgent blood test they book you in for 1/2 weeks later! Shocking and disgusting behaviour.
All of my appointments are on average 45 minutes late. Sometimes getting an appointment is very difficult, or possible not even get an appointment. The reception staff can seem arrogant and insincere. The doctors/nurses are typically concise and accurate.
Absolutely awful. I have been using this surgery for around 2 years and cannot explain how bad it is.I have on-going stomach issues and I am given omeprazole every time I see a doctor even though I have told them numerous times that it doesn't work.I saw a doctor a few months ago as I had a throat infection - I advised that I was allergic to Erythromycin and Penicillin to which the doctor responded " what can you have then?" HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW???????Finally, last year I was told that I have the HPV virus after having my smear test. I was very upset and stressed knowing that this could possibly turn into cancer. I had my Colposcopy at the hospital and was advised that I will receive my results via post within 4 - 8 weeks, however I would be contacted sooner if I needed urgent treatment. 4 days later I received a letter asking me to book an appointment with my nurse - At this point I was hysterical thinking that they had found cancer. I booked an appointment for the next day to see a nurse. When I went into the room, I broke down and told her that I was asked to book an appointment to discuss my results, the nurse then told me that the letter was sent in ERROR!!!!!!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable.Thankfully, I have now moved to Rowhedge and will now be using that surgery.Awful Service
You can never get through and when you do there is no appointments and you have to ring back at 8am next day. Have been with this surgery for years it used to be good now it's gone to pot. Would not recommended to anyone.
