Very pleasant young lady served me. Just had to give her my car's registration number. She identified the part and within minutes it was there. Very efficient and a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Awful customer service. Will never use them again. Meant to be delivered on Monday it's now Thursday and they've delivered to a completely different address in a completely different town. My husband has been sleeping in his car since Saturday as we've had nothing but excuses as to why it wasn't deluveredand now this!! Disgusting and incompetent
45min wait ... as only one person serving plus order picker with zero brains or common sense. Shame as used to better than this
