No communication what so ever keys were literally just handed back. Told my car would be ready at a certain time no phone call had to keep chasing up as time was getting on and garage would be shutting. If I could I would give 0 stars
I've been a customer of the Colchester branch since 2011 and I've always been treated with respect and courtesy. Never was there a hard sell to get me to upgrade. When the time came for me to think about making a decision, all my questions were answered and I never felt that I was pressured into purchasing. The test drive was great - a mix of staff-lead demonstrations of all the features of the vehicle, as well as my own chance to experience the drive on a variety of road types.

An absolute amazing service!! From my first contact to this dealership to the final handover of the purchase of my beautiful new Mercedes - Customer service has been flawless!It all begun with a phone call to the garage to arrange a viewing of the A200, a wonderful gentleman called Alex Osborne took my call, he also greeted me upon my arrival - showed me the car, we took for a test drive ( kept his patience as it was my first time in an automatic!!)....& from that moment I was in love with the car!!!I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the service I have received, Russell Collins in Sales was wonderful too, infact all staff at this dealership made myself, my mum & sister all very welcome!
